"Refund took way too long"
I had to return an order and the whole process was annoying. The refund took way longer than I expected, and I ended up having to email them twice just to get an update. What made it more frustrating was that the return terms seemed to have changed from what I remembered, which felt a bit unfair and confusing. The products themselves are fine, but the returns and refund process definitely need work.

I do like ordering from bonnemaman.us, and the stuff I’ve gotten has been really good. The only thing is, umm, some of the flavors I want seem to be out of stock often. They do come back eventually, just not always as quickly as I’d hope. The site itself is easy enough to use, I just wish the availability was a little more consistent.

I got these mini jars for my aunt and she really loved them. They’re cute, simple, and sorta just the perfect easy little gift when you don’t want to overthink it.

I really like that Bonne Maman comes in different sizes. The bigger jar is perfect for keeping at home for toast, and the little mini portions are great to toss in a lunch bag or take on trips. It feels practical and helps me avoid wasting any, which I definitely appreciate.

"Helpful when I need to check ingredients"
I usually order from bonnemaman.us because it’s easy to find the ingredient lists . My kid has a few food sensitivities , so I always have to double check before I buy anything . Most of the jams are simple and don’t have a bunch of weird extras , which I really appreciate . I do wish the allergen info was a little easier to spot on every product , but overall it’s worked out well for our family ...

"I just got my latest order from..."
I just got my latest order from bonnemaman.us, and it reminded me how much I like their packaging. Everything was neat, and the little jars are just so cute. The red check lid has that classic look, and I always end up saving them to reuse later. It’s nothing over the top, but my most recent box was really nicely done and made me appreciate them all over again

"Fresh jams, shipping was a bit slow"
Got a few jams from bonnemaman and they showed up tasting fresh, not like they’d been sitting in a warehouse forever or anything. The jars were packed fine, nothing cracked or leaking, so that was good. I’m giving it 4 stars just because the shipping took a little longer than I thought it would, but the jams themselves were really good. The strawberry one especially tasted super clean and fresh.

I ordered a few jars and they arrived quicker than I thought they would. They did end up coming one day later than the original estimate, but that still felt reasonable. The box was in good shape and nothing was broken, which was my main concern. I really appreciate when a company takes the time to pack fragile items properly instead of just tossing things in a box and hoping for the best. Overall, it felt like they handled the order responsibly, and I’d order from them again.

I actually really liked the taste, it has a nice, smooth flavor and doesn’t leave that weird aftertaste some similar products do. The quality feels solid, and I enjoyed it more than I expected. My only small complaint is that the price could be a little lower, but overall it’s a good buy.

"Easy order, slightly late updates"
I figured ordering jam online might be a little annoying, but it was simple. Checkout went through without any issues, which is always a relief. The shipping updates were a bit late, and I did have that moment of, “Okay… where is this package?” But it showed up fine, and everything was packed really well. Overall, good experience.

"Felt legit to me"
The site looked official, so I felt comfortable ordering since I already trust the brand. For me, the only annoying part was the slow shipping updates because I like knowing where my stuff is. The product showed up fine though, so overall I’m okay with it.

I liked it overall, but it was kind of too sweet for me. Not sure how to explain it, but after a few bites it felt like the sweetness was a bit much. Still good though

"Pretty Good Strawberry Jam"
I’ve only tried the strawberry one, so I can’t really say how the other flavors are, but this tasted fresh to me. It wasn’t overly sweet, and it actually had a real fruit flavor instead of that super sugary store-bought taste. Based on this jar at least, I liked it way more than most jams I usually grab from the grocery store

"Easy Order, Everything Arrived Right"
I was in a relaxed mood when my order showed up, and it just made the whole thing better. Everything was correct, with no missing jars or random wrong flavors. It was packed nicely too, so nothing broke in transit. Simple experience, but that’s exactly what I was hoping for. I’d order from bonnemaman again.

"Good flavor, but the texture keeps changing"
I actually like the flavor and it’s totally fine on toast, but the texture has been all over the place for me. One jar will be nice and smooth, then the next one is runny or weirdly chunky. It feels like the goalposts keep moving every time I buy it, which is kind of annoying. Not terrible by any means, but the consistency isn’t there, so it probably wouldn’t be my first choice
